I ordered for a Black medium sized shirt. The shirt was not medium size though it had a medium size tag. It was a small shirt. The shirt was not fit for me so i asked for a size change to Large. But they refused saying that since i got what i ordered therefore the same can not be changed though the same was not mentioned anywhere in the listing and they say that this is their policy. This is quite unusual. If anyone is buying cloths online then how can they be sure of the size. They should change the size. Kindly help me regarding this.
