Consumer Redressal

I am Prasad Popatrao Gaikwad,,, travelled on 01/12/2013 at 8.25 pm from Belgaon Harimandir to Mumbai in Bus no KA 25 C 8906 along with my other 24 people... I had booked total 25 tickets for this journey. (21 Women and 4 gents) (All women are of age group from 45 to 55 years) (Tickets nos are 14 to 37 and 39 (Totally 25 seats))... During the journey VRL driver and cleaner misbehaved and harassed our all the women passenger... they had not allowed us for taking rest out of bus for more than 5 minutes.....by shouting on us.... the height of their harassment is that our 4 women passenger are gone for toilet during the bus halt at talegaon toll naka.. the driver suddenly started driving almost a half kilometre,, and when we told them that some passenger are still down for toilet purpose..... they are not even listened us.....and started shouting on us by saying that we will not stop anymore...... if you want to come with us then come or otherwise stay here,,,,,
