I have booked a ticket to travel from Bangalore to Hyderabad from GOIBIBO website on 27-11-2013(Booking ID:- GOBUS0ac941384859028).On that particular day i was told that all buses were cancelled.
But today when i am asking for refund GOIBIBO is denying to refund by telling that bus operator didn,t cancelled the buses.
So,kindly help me out in getting my refund.
