MISSCOMMITMENT REGARDING BONUS & COMMISSION ISSUE POLICY BOND Dear Sir, I am Rajesh Kumar Dewangan have been forged by one your broker based at new delhi.Actually they called me on my mobile number and told me that you are entilted for bonus of Rs25Lacs to 30 lacs and to encash the bonus you will have to give us few documents with cheque in favour of Reliace Life Insurance Co.Ltd. They actually did 18 Policies of Reliace Life in the name of me,my father,mother and in the name of my wife of Rs1091200.Which is actually a forgery.
