This is with Regards to the Life Insurance policy of my Father Late Shree J B Makwana with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance under no. 17492905 .
We have been following up with ICICI Prudential from last one year but are yet to receive Pension / Final Settlement from them .
They are asking us to produce the documents again & again inspite of our constant submissions & acknowledgements .
Request you to look into the matter & advise so to welfare our bereaved family .
