This is regarding an airline ticket i booked for myself and my sister Aishwarya Jha, for 21st December 2013. I contacted Just Dial and they connected me to GLOBE WIDE TRAVELS, # 1/4 Kammanhalli Main Road, Opp, Sri Sagar Hotel, St Thomas Town post, Bangalore 560084.
They charged me 26,600 for two tickets. Unfortunately i met with an accident on my bike near Belandur Lake on 20th December and was admitted in NIHMANs for head injuries. I cancelled the ticket and they messaged cancellation Transaction ID. But i havent got any refund till now. I have been calling them continuously everyday expecting them to return my money which would help in my medical expenses. Today told me that they will only refund 20,000. They are deducting Rs 6600 as cancellation charges. When i called GOAIR then told me they have a cancellation charge of 1500 per ticket, which still will be 3000 for two tickets, but the travel agent is charging double the amount for cancelling. They talk very rude, please help
