Consumer Redressal

I bought a nokia lumia 520 mobile on 19/11/2013 and within a month my phone gets over heated within 5 mins during browsing in normal 2G network.After I have taken my mobile to nokia care in koramangala and they asked me to wait for more than 1 hour and gave me the phone back that now the phone is working fine but the very next day the problem arised and customer care people told me to hand over the phone to the same nokia care center and I did the same. And after 1 week they are saying again that your phone is fine now and asking me to collect again. I have clearly told them that I don\'t need such a faulty phone again and provide a new phone or money back. They are not willing to accept this and someone from nokia called me that phones tend to heat and that\'s not a problem.I need a new phone and Rs 30000 for damages.
