This is to inform you that your staff is cheating with guest as they have done with me.
I went to Magic Holidays office at MGF Metropolitan mall and I met with Preeti Jadon and she told me about all your memberships and benefits which i was not in the mood to take.
Then she called up named Rahul he offered me a package of amount around INR 15400/- something which includes 3 nights and 4 days with breakfast,lunch & dinner in any of their hotel.
I accepted that proposal and asked them to make this amount in 6 months installments and they did it .
When i asked for voucher for the same they said you will get it from our mumbai office within 15 days and i trusted them.
After few days i recieved the kit and i was happy but when i opened the kit i read it it was mentioned that your membership no. is this total amount and all that and didn\'t found any voucher.
Then i contacted back to Rahul and Preeti they said sir voucher is not there but it is written in that and we will
