With reference to above indicated claim I am in receipt of Royal Sundaram Insurance Co. letter dated 07/01/2014 rejecting the claim. I have following submission to make;
1. Aditya Sapate is a fourth year student of Computer Science Engineering at IIT Madras. Considering his career profile the eye surgery was a must.
2. There is insurance available in his individual name from the IIT Madras. However, I had been Royal Sundaram Insurance Co\'s loyal customer since 2005 without any claim so far and hence I submitted the claim with them.
3. There is verdict of The Maharashtra State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in this regard and details are given below for your information.
In view of above submission I request Royal Sundaram to reconsider their decision and grant the claim.
