me and my friend mr r majumder have paid rs 55000 to yatra.com travel co. but we have canceled our tour and asked them many times to give us our money back(deducting cancelation charge if any)i have sent many mails several times to them but no responsed came back from them even after warning them that i will complain in consumer forum.i got as usual no response from their side.i am very much running through a financial crunch i need that money badly.i beg to you to solve the problem as your earliest.need your help.
