I have been requesting for a small credit for TDR filed for refund of reservation ticket(PNR # 6325943764) with Indian Railways and they are giving me a run around for more then a month. they just credited a partial amount which should have entire ticket and reservation amount coz train was late for more the 4-5 hrs that day.
Please advise my options.
