Respected Sir, I had mad a mdeiclam policy for our family sum insured 1.25000 my children had fallen sick 1 on the 31st Jan and the other on the 3 rd and had to be hospitalized mediclam has refused to pay the cashless benefit for my children saying that its an existing disease, which i dont understand how do they say so. Sir I need your help to get justice done for my children who are being robbed of the rights by this company . They will be discharged tomorrow and the amount rejected today it is so difficult for me to organise the cash at such a short notice as it was their duty to do so by making the payment.Please help me sir to get justice against the crime committed by such organizations.
