sir, on 15th jan i purchased a holiday package from drizzling holidays pvt ltd. after reading the terms and conditions i found that the package was not suitable for me so i prefered to cancel the purchase . but the customer care executive fraudulently changed the terms and conditions and negotiated with the new conditions verbally and asked me to accept the old terms and conditions as a mere company formality. i doubted the whole situation and asked the representative to give all this thing in written and he only confirmed that once i make the payment then i will get confirm booking in the selected hotel from 25th to 28th jan contradicting there terms and condition which said \"For booking you need to send your booking form before 21 days in advance from your date of traveling along with 350/- Rs demand draft as a processing fee in favour of Drizzling Holidays Pvt Ltd.\" so i would like you to look into the matter and take necessary steps
