I had booked tickets from Mumbai to Kandla thru yatra.com site transaction ID 3009128596 dt 30.09.2012 where I had taken travel insurance from Reliance General Insurance vide Certificate No. - 1305922834171430.
I received a message via SMS from from LM-YATRA that KFA has cancelled all he flights till 12.10.2012. I got the trip cancelled but the insurance amount was not returned to me. I the sent mail to provide me the insurance claim for trip cancelleation a as the same was covered in the policy. . However the company is still not responding POSITIVELYeven after my various mails on this context. Kindly help!!!!!
