I have a Hyundai Eon - I paid for my car insurance policy on 20/11/2013. Till date I did not receive the policy papers.I am facing huge problem on the road without the renewed insurance papers . The Company Finex merchants Pvt Ltd,199,Block-J , New Alipur , Kolkata - 700053 (033-2400-9611/12/13) had sent a person to collect the cheque from my home. I gave him the cheque no 404010 which got cleared after a few days. i even have the receipt of the same .I Called up the company but there was never any positive response .It is almost 4 months now . I want my money back .
