Consumer Redressal

I was sold a promotion package from Holiday hungama mentioning that i will be given 2 holiday vouchers for family anywhere in india and i had paid the same from my credit card Now when am availing the package, i was informed that i need to select 3 places and the booking confirmation is at the availability of the provider and not in their hands This information was not given to me during the sales call and during the payment I had wanted to travel to Puri in orissa and tried to book the same and was surprised when asked for 3 options and I had discussed the same with country wide and told them to ignore this request as i was very upset with this process and as i was not told ll this when the package was sold to me After 2 days i got another call from delhi office, and i told them to ignore the request as i do not want to waste my voucher if they cannot guarantee me a booking in puri. Now they say its not possible and i need to take the booking as provided
