I had bought a Crompton Greaves Mixer CGDS51 from GHA on 16Feb for rs
2400.
First thing is that The person at GHA didnt give me a bill even on
demanding and said that only warranty card is sufficient.
The same Model is available for Rs 1920 on Internet.
When I notified the same to GHA that the same product is available for
less on net also with home delivery. So please talk to dealer and get
us refund/rebate.
The Person at GHA also made me talk to a Distributor Mr
Mahesh.(9900066800) who said that CG does not give warranty on products
bought from Internet.
Please some one from CG look into the matter and and clarify about the
Warranty Terms.
Also after a heated argument GHA salesperson misbehaved saying that we
ill neither give the refund nor we want to discuss about anything. next
time you buy anything please buy from net only.
This complaint is against the humiliation of rightful consumer like me.
A consumer has rights to demand any refund on overcharged product or
not?
