We booked a trip through the Makemytrip.com website for Feb 17-22 Mumbai to Goa roundtrip. However, we discovered the website actually booked our return trip for the month of March on the 22nd. We had to pay 8400 Rs to change the date with Air India on the spot. Makemytrip.com responded that they will not refund.
We would like to receive a refund or at least a credit of 8400 Rs as the website is clearly glitchy.
