I had bought a Dining table from “Mother Earth” showroom located at Mall Of Mysore, Mysore on 21st October 2013 . Within 2 months of its purchase the chairs and tables were giving few problems . There are pores being formed all over the chair and tables. Also daily powdered wood can be seen across various chairs and the table. I had contacted the mother care customer care (listed on http://motherearth.co.in/contact-us/ ) Mobile No: +91 97319 33001 (Ms. Priyanka) at least 5 times and all the times I was asked to wait and they shall get back. Till now they haven’t responded to my hardships. I even tried giving feedback for the same at the feedback@motherearth.co.in but it fell into deaf ears. Till now no one from the company has even agreed to check or resolve the issue and as a customer of such a reputed product I feel agonized and disturbed. After spending so much money I am at the receiving end. Request your assistance in getting my plea heard by the authorities of the company and to get this resolved at a faster pace. Thanking you.
