Consumer Redressal

Hi, This letter is to bring to your notice the malpractices of Nestle Group. I had purchased Nestle Slim Milk (Batch No. 40261530GA) on 1st March 2014 from a shop in MHADA Four Bungalows, Andheri (W) and when I opened the pack it was filled with dirty poisonous muddy polluted water instead of milk. When I informed the concerned authorities at Nestle, they were not ready to take any serious action and were trying to suppress the matter by trying to provide us with two new packs of Nestle Slim Milk. It is a serious issue because the muddy brown polluted water (Which was present instead of milk) could have been extremely hazardous and could have affected our lives. From the store manager from where I purchased the product, I got the information that this has occurred with many more customers. It is sorry to say that a well renowned company like Nestle is so ignorant regarding the quality of their products which can be so harmful to civilian lives. i want compensation for the mental trauma
