Respected Sir/Madam I am Vikas Gattani son of Hariballabh Gattani and Santoshdevi Gattani (Policy holders) have enclosed herewith the detailed documents explaining the manner in which the Company officials has manipulate and offered 5 policy (amount Rs. 190,000) to my father on different dates, along with handsome benefits, however the offered the benefits were not mentioned in the policy document. Additionally, the Company also collected Rs. 2,00,000 under the name of Club Max and told that the same will be returned in the form of bonus amount ranging in between 6,35,000 to 7,02,000 on or before 14 November 2013 but the same was not returned. After 14 November 2013, I understood that the Company has cheated us and I filed a written complaint with the Company on 26 November 2013 and the Company has paid the money for two of the policy totaling Rs. 80,000/- and the balance three policy the Company said that the can\'t return the money as the same was outside the loop period.
