Cox and Kings sector 18 franchisee owner NITIN SHARMA and his employee TARUN DIXIT have cheated us even before our scheduled departure on March 24 2014 to DUBAI. They first called several times to book their company to go to DUBAI, but after I paid Rs 55000 in cash on March 13 , they refused the negotiated whole package amount on March 15 and after hours of debate I agreed to give Rs. 5000 more. When I asked them to provide the itinerary of our customised tour , they again omitted several sight seeing excursions, and reduced our taxi hours from 12 hours to 5 hours . When I objected to this black mailing , they explained since your departure is scheduled with in 7 days , I have no other option other than to accept whatever they are going to provide. When I talked to their senior Mr. RAFI, he too explained that they are already on loss , so could not meet any commitment made by their employee.
