Complaint: Provided filthy and downgraded Hotel accomodation instead of 3 star accomodation at Pehalgaon during Holiday Trip and Make My Trip correspondent dindnt helped to resolve the issue. I have to change the hotel at my own additional cost and lost my precious holiday time for this unruly event.
Amount Lost : INR 10000/- + inconvinience to family in freezing climate.
