Consumer Redressal

i had booked a ticket for my mother in law, from Katappana(idukki, kerala) to Banglore , through online -redbus.in,on 5th april 2014.....boarding point was mentioned in the ticket as \"idduki kavala\"(land mark) at katappana(place) at 4.45 pm. we waited from 4:30 pm to 7 pm, but bus did not come.on calling kallada bus agent in kumily(place), he said the bus went through different route as there was rahul gandhi visiting katapanna that day.but we were not informed of the change and they said theres no scope of refund. i reside presently at place called cheruthoni, 26 km from katapanna(boarding point), i had to take my mother in law by car to boarding point,left home at 3pm, we had to wait for 2 hrs admist traffic and return dejected to our home at 8 pm. i wife is pregnant and i had to leave her alone at home all the while.my mother in law had to go to banglore to visit her younger daughter, for an urgent matter, which also got deffered because of us being cheated and not informed properly
