Hi Team, We booked 3 tickets with following details: PNR: 2517488113 Train: 15708 DOJ: 26-02-2014 Time: 00:50 3 AC LKO to GKP 2 out of 3 were confirmed tickets and one was waiting WL1. After the chart preparation the 3rd ticket was still in waiting and got cancelled. So, the third per couldn\'t travel as there were no seats. It has been around 1 month, but we haven\'t got the refund. Please help us to look into the issue. I believe, as the ticket was automatically got cancelled due to W/L status, the refund should also be processed by the railways department. We do not need to file a TDR for this.
