Consumer Redressal

I Mrs.G.Sharmila was admitted on 21st Nov\'12 in Yashoda hospital with severe abdomen pain and vomitings. I was kept in ICU immediately & i submitted my Insurance documents for approval. Doctor informed my sons that i had to go for surgery immediately and it woould cost app Rs.80,000/-. before my operation -Hospital billing & Insurance dept informed me & my son that i got approval Rs.45,000 initially and remaining will be done before or after my discharge . But on 29th Nov\'12 when i got discharged they asked us to pay Rs.1,36,000 because Insurance has been rejected. I am a widow having 2 children studying and i am working in pvt organisation.but with lot of difficulty my son paid Rs.80,000 and given cheque of Rs.30,000 and requested them to give my original bills and documents to submit at Insurance company for reimbursement. though i and my children pleaded them , they asked us pay remaining amount and take.
