tktTG5799224936 of aptdc bus from hyd to shirdi on 12.4.14 booked in redbus.in for rs 4000/-
The bus was cancelled and not informed thereby causing great inconvenience to me and my family.i also lost money for the ret tkt as the cancellation time expired(tkt n0 TG5762269939 shirdi to hyd on 13.4.14 rs 3600/-)& lodgeing charges at shirdi rs 750/-When I questioned both aptdc and redbus.in blamed each other.sir,i feel something is wrong and request you to do justice not only to me but to others by taking stringent action against the guilty.
