I booked two deluxe rooms Hotel Mahodadhi in Puri through Yatra.com (Booking ID# 06031410900) from 15apr-2014 to 19-apr-2014. Now I needed to cancel one room as my family wont be able to go there due to some medical issue but the my friend\'s family will go , so I kept one room available for them. Our tickets were also finalised. Now Yatra cancelled two rooms altogether and the second family is in trouble. Yatra.com doesn\'t take repsonsibiltiy for the same and didn\'t seeke any confirmation from my end before cancelling the full booking. Even they provided option for choosing one room to be cancelled. There us no where is the policy document they mentioned this kind of full cancellation policy. I need your help to resolve this kind of issue and harrasment to the family.
