Dear Sir,
1) Booking ID is FLY19046032 , Description: Flight # AI 349 From New Delhi,DEL To Mumbai,BOM, Departure: 21 Apr 2014 03:15:00 Arrival: 21 Apr 2014 05:25:00 PNR Status: Pending via online from www.flymantra.com
2) Online status shows as pending since booking made on 19/04/2014 for Rs. 5,242/- on web site.
3) None of the agents available at all options available under Fly Mantra Customer Support care number at 09555980666 even after many tries and the phone gets disconnect.
4) I have not received any refund for the transaction even after 2 days.
5) I also tried contacting Customer Support via email for the for the booking status or refund at info@flymantra.com, but there is no reply at all.
