sir, a complaint was filed against insurance company under personal accidental coverage as policy holder died sudden and accidental under his own tractor in absence of FIR or postmortem but statement of villagers and other witness thereof but they insisting revenue or postmortem report despite of fact it is not suspicious death. kindly guide with a case law suitably at sc or national forum
