Addressed to:MD/Director/VP/Chairman/Team Leader/Senior Officer Hello sir/mam, I have received the rejection letter from royal sundaram on 16th april 2014 and 18th april 2014 for the policy no\'s CSB0000614000105 and HL00032401000103 and as per the letter the royal sundaram has simply rejected the claim by stating irrelevant details of pre existing disease i.e hypertension and diabetes from 10 years which is not true and it is baseless. So I am enclosing the statement of proof from our treating docter which states the current ailment is not due to any pre-existing disease and authenticates the status of the patient before(48 months) and after attack. Thus I would like to put my policy no\'s:HL00032401000103 and CSB0000614000105 for reconsideration as the patient Mr.Srinivasa Murthy.G.S has no preexisting disease and this haemorrhage stroke(intracerebral hematoma in basal ganglia)is a sudden attack . He is not been a patient of hypertension earlier & no medication.
