Consumer Redressal

I was booking ticket from hubli to kolkata through makemytrip on 23-04-14 at the booking time price was Rs 10521 but after making payment i received message that your ticket is not booked due to price hike but mean while amount is debited from my account and after calling to Makemytrip tollfree no they reply that money will refund within 5-7 days. but my complaint is that if they not able to book that ticket how they debit my account and how i book my other ticket if money is blocked with them they have to provide some substitute otherwise they have to return my money immediately. i feel service of makemytrip is very bad after calling so many times they are not providing contact no of there executive.
