Hi,
I booked a ticket through ksrtc on april 10,2014. I cancelled the ticket on same day. It has been more than seven days since I cancelled the ticket, but still they haven\'t refund the amount. They haven\'t responded to my emails or phone calls.The amount to be refund is Rs.2104. As a student, this amount matters a lot to me.
