Hi,
we have taken holiday vacation club membership from Future vacations, Jayanagar, Bangalore. we have changed our mind after going through the contract agreement copy and decided to cancel the membership. immediately in the next day we have sent mail for cancellation but they have denied to give the refund bcoz we have not given in writing as per the agreement. pl help.
