My name is Subhra Prodhan, My husband name is Late Subhas Prodhan, he had a policy of Rs. 75000 in LIC India pvt ltd. After his death on 27th Sep 2012 I claim the amount but they claim all the medical and official reports. I submit all the reports to the Sodepur branch office. After that they are claiming all medical reports of past 6 to 7 years. This is next to impossible to submit all the medical reports of past 7 years.But when they were taking the policy from my husband they didn\'t tell us the rules to submit all medical reports. I\'m suffering from last 1 and half years to get my money back. but there are no solution for me thats why I decided to complain in consumer forum.
