I have purchased e-tkt.through net banking for two persons from Howrah to Ahmedabad (12834)3A for 03.07.13 for Rs.3417.00only.Since the tkt.was in RAC quota and it was not confirmed till last moment we decided to cancel the journey and then I have filed TDR on 3.7.13 reason shown\"passenger not travelled due to tkt.in RAC after chart preparation.After that I have sent reminder on 10.9.13;21.10.13;14.11.13;6.1.14;7.2.14;2.4.14 to the TDR authority.I have also sent them details of my tkt.details and bank trans.details for their convenience but all in vain,neither any response not any refund of my money till date.My PNR No.:6420274676.
Please help me to recover my money immediately.
