Dear,
I have cancel IRCTC ticket on 24.04.2014 and in one case transaction fail on 23.03.2014.
The refund amount of Rs. 1875 and Rs. 1352.47 respectively not yet received.
I also submitted the screen shot of bank statement to IRCTC as required.
Also, communicated with my bank through phone and mail, they said that refund amount is not received from IRCTC.
Kindly do the needful.
