Dear Sir/Madam,
I Mr. Vinod Bajirao Thorat was admitted in Poona Hospital & Research center, Pune on 23rd February 2014 due to back pain & tingling in my both limbs. I have my private health insurance of Apollo Munich Health insurance(Assured amount Rs. 200000/- ) , So I have applied for cashless benefit. But after that no executive came to meet me in the hospital & rejected my cashless benefit.I was admitted in Nuero ICU for 16 days. I have applied for reimbursement on 2nd April 2014 by submitting all original discharge documents with all medical reports at the nearest branch. On 28th April 2014 Apollo Munich had send me a query mail asking for indoor case papers with daily progress notes. I have submitted those also in nearest branch. And today I got mail from Apollo saying your claim has been rejected \"As per submitted documents,the line of treatment does not require admission.Hence we regret to inform you that the claim is repudiated.\"
