I have an accidental policy from Bharti Axa health Insurance.I got injured while playing and had to underwent ligament surgery.I underwent surgery after approval from Bharti Axa but later they denied in cashless facility and moreover rejected my claim with a base less excuses.The inurance company also misguided me and always changes the reason of rejection when they find themselves caught in incorrect reason.
Please help me to get the correct justice in my case.
