Dear Sir,
This is in regard of my refund of bus tickets booking ID GOBUS5d24e1399033089 from GOIBIBO website booked on 02/05/2014.
My bus ticket booking was not being confirmed GoIbibo website my money was deducted from my bank account and so that i opt for refund process on 2nd May 2014 also i have talked at GoIbibo customer service regarding the same but till date the same refund is not credited in my bank a/c. I had also mailed 10-12 times regarding the same but getting same reply that your refund will credit in 5-7 working days. Today almost 1 Month passed but the same is not credited in my bank a/c. Why it is taking very long time to refund the money. You are kindly take this matter on priority and credit the same in my bank a/c on very urgent basis.
