I have my company medical insurance from UHC covering my father, who by-pass is advised. We went for ECP / BCP treatment, for which claim is denied. Though same was given as per Mumbai court direction as per articles.timesofindia.indiatimes.com/2011-06-08/mumbai/29633654_1_medical-insurance-eecp-treatment
Inspite sharing this with UHC, they are in denial mode.
How can I take this further ?
