Dear Sir/ Madam,
I would like to inform you that my father Late Sh. Sant Ram Sharma was Axis bank International gold debit card
and Master credit card holder. He was expire in a accident in last month
Details below mentioned :-
Card Number Valid From Valid to Type
5241180000282223 08/11 08/14 Master Credit Card
4215729000565637 12/09 12/19 International Gold Debit Card.
During the issuence of these card Axis bank issue a policy.
We have make a query in Sector-7, Faridabad Axis bank branch on dated 15th May but still we are not getting response.aGAIN We have discussed with branch they told me in that policy have no transection done but these thing not incorporate in policy.
You are requested please do the needful ASAP
