I had renewed my Motor car Insurance policy with IFFCO Tokyo ( Policy No -80830918)via online but i had not recieved my hard copy of policy document yet . Every time i am calling at Consumer care and they are saying we had acknowledgeed your complaint and you will recieve hard copy of your policy soon but not recived yet .Request you to arrange hard copy of policy ASAP.
