I bought a holiday package for four days and five nights covering three destinations - Munnar, Thekaddy and Allepey from Make My Trip. The package included hotels and transport which costed me around Rs. 64,000. I was promised four star accomodation but was given the accomodation upto two star and below including houseboat at Allepey. It really ruined my honeymoon trip. I had asked my travel advisor to provide me the best even if it cost me more. I was assured the best services but in return served with the worst. Kindly advise. Best regards, Jasbir Rakhra.
