We want refund from Neeta Tours & Travels. I booked sleeper bus seat for my brother and bus got fail in mumbai, there was no alternate facility made by neeta people. I want refund of bus ticket and charges my brother paid to reach ahmedabad. Wrote mail to neeta people on 25th may but no reply since then.
