My complaint is against VACATIONS GATEWAY.COM (0120-6525855), who insisted to purchase one of their holiday voucher for Rs. 7799 since I was selected in their lucky draw scheme and had won 1 no. DELL Laptop. My Order ID is SDL0021556 & Customer ID is VGS3LOX27943. I was handled by one MR. Akash Sher Nagar (09210294944). On hearing this I did purchase the holiday voucher but my free gift has not been dispatched till date inspite of repeated reminders to them. I thus register my complaint against VACATIONS GATEWAY.COM. Email exchanged between us is available with me.
