Dear sir/madam,
I had taken package for Ladakh from M/s Yatra.com vide reference no. S697738 for the period 22nd June to 29th June\'2014.
Before booking the package, I received the mail from Mr Mukesh Pal of M/s Yatra.com that separate Flight charges detail would be provided to me for claiming my LTC.
Now despite following it up for 01 month, M/s Yatra.com is not responding.
Request to arrange to provide my Flight Charges detail from Yatra.com so that I can claim my LTC.
