i am holding health Apollomunich insurance policy from last two years (POLICY No-110100110511000362463-01) A very first time when i file case for cashless claim in emergency hospital admission of my wife joytsana Dwivedi on 18-5-14 to 21-5-14, the Apollomunich has rejected my cashless claim. Then i sent all original hospital Fortis hospital reports bill to Apollomunic with filled claim form on date-27-May-14. After filing case again, i got reply after 1 month on 29-6-14 that your claim is rejected. The reason is given for rejection is not valid. apollomunich saying that your wife has past history of treatment of “cystic ovarian syndrome” which is not highlighted during taking insurance. First of all “cystic ovarian syndrome” is nowhere related to the problem form which my wife was suffering and admitted in hospital.
