Can IRDA Rules can be one sided that the Insurer rejects claims submitted beyond 30 days time limit, when they themselves hae defaulted/violated almost all IRDA Norms, for intimation of 1)shortcomings in documents submitted,2)Unfair Delayed payment; 3)Unfair Short payment with out detailed reasons for rectifications; 4)Humiliating Misbehaviour of TPA Agent Acct Manager to thwart followup reasons for short payment; 5) Not replying to letters etc.
