I have a mediclaim policy no 510603/34/13/06/00000319 of THE NEW INDIA ASSURANCE CO LTD worth of Rs 50000.00.I had a nasal surgery on 22/06/2014 at the BMRI HOSPITAL PVT LTD,8A,D H ROAD,KOL 700063 by DR DEBASISH MUKHERJI.I applied for cashless facility, they have sanctioned only Rs 19000.00, where the total cost of the event was Rs 53000.00.My policy was a no claim policy till that date.My family suffered lots of pain in borrowing the remaining amount to release me from the hospital.I pray for justice.
